Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of wealthyherpress.com and any purchase from Wealthy Her Press ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Digital products

All products are digital files (PDF and image files). Nothing is shipped. Files are delivered by a download link shown after checkout and sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and for downloading and backing up your files.

2. Personal use license

When you purchase a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal use. You may print the files as many times as you like for yourself. You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, upload to file-sharing or template sites, or use the files, their designs or their text to create products for sale. All designs and content remain the property of Wealthy Her Press.

3. Not financial advice

Our planners, journals and workbooks are educational and reflective tools for planning, habits and mindset. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical or psychological advice. Consult a licensed professional for decisions about your personal situation. Results vary and depend on your own actions.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, bundles and bonuses at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments or the payment provider you choose at checkout.

5. Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. See our Return and Refund Policy for the exceptions (files that will not open, duplicate orders).

6. Accounts and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information at checkout. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms, and refund any payment received.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealthy Her Press is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
